The 19th annual Seahaven Business Awards 2024, a resounding success, took place on Friday, 17th May. A diverse and impressive range of businesses participated this year, and we were honoured to sponsor the Customer Service Award.
The Customer Service Award holds a special place in our hearts as a business. It is a testament to our commitment to delivering first-class customer service, a pillar that is crucial for any business. We deeply appreciate businesses that prioritise their customers, and the winners of the 2024 award have certainly demonstrated its value within their own business.
Havens Community Cars achieved third place for in this award. They are a fantastic volunteer car scheme that provides residents in the Havens area access to transport provided by their excellent team of volunteer drivers. Every journey matters to them, and they deserve to be recognised as part of this award for their service to their community.
Bonnie’s News and Peacehaven Post Office came runner-up. Known as a constant pillar in the community, Bonnie’s News and Peacehaven Post Office is dedicated to providing a personal customer service experience.
Finally, the winner, The Viceroy! Firstly, we would like to congratulate the Viceroy for achieving first place in this award! The Viceroy serve Premier Indian Cuisine in Newhaven and has been established for 35 years. They have continued to serve delicious Indian food during this time and all with exceptional service. Their team is always happy to assist you in any way possible, which is why they have achieved 1st place in customer service!
