The team at The Sussex Sign Company are proud to announce that we were awarded Runner-Up in the “Business of the Year” category at the prestigious Seahaven Business Awards 2026.
Hosted by the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce, the awards celebrate outstanding businesses across the Seahaven region, recognising organisations that demonstrate excellence, innovation, resilience, customer service, and commitment to their local community.
To be shortlisted amongst so many fantastic local businesses, and ultimately come second in one of the evening’s biggest categories, was a huge honour for our entire team.
For a business that started back in 1995, this recognition means a great deal. Over the last 31 years, The Sussex Sign Company has grown from a small family-run business into one of Sussex’s leading signage and vehicle wrapping specialists, serving companies across Brighton, Worthing, Crawley, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, and beyond.

The judges recognised businesses that not only perform commercially, but also demonstrate strong leadership, customer care, innovation, and investment in people.
At The Sussex Sign Company, recent achievements have included:
- Expanding our specialist vehicle wrapping division at Goddards Green
- Becoming Sussex’s first fully accredited Metamark Approved Vehicle Wrapping Centre
- Winning the 2024 UK Graphic Awards “Roll-Out of the Year”
- Continuing investment in staff development and wellbeing
- Driving sustainability initiatives including solar energy and electric vehicles
The awards evening was also a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the incredible strength of the Sussex business community and connect with other inspiring local organisations.
